Complimentary Fitness Orientations are offered once a month by our certified personal trainer and Fitness Director, Chris Zemel to introduce our members to the Fitness Center and to demonstrate correct usage of all equipment in order to obtain maximum fitness results.
Personal Training is available through our on-staff personal trainers. Members may book for either half-hour or hour sessions.
Our certified instructors offer a variety of group fitness classes to fit any fitness level. Our wide range of classes include:
