Private rooms are available for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready before the ceremony. Our Licensed Massage Therapist can make your day even more stress-free with a chair massage for the whole group or a full body massage for the bride. You may enjoy champagne, lunch or snacks as you prepare for the big day. Brides may also avoid the stress of traveling by having hair and make-up artists come directly to the Club. Rooms are available for the groom and his groomsmen where they can relax before the ceremony.






The patio provides an excellent ceremony space that may be used with or without a covered tent. Seating is available for both small or large weddings. 

 

This covered patio overlooks a pond with a spectacular fountain next to our magnificent 18th green. The grand staircase allows for a perfect entrance by the bride. Seating is available for up to 70 guests.  


Legends has large bay windows with the same breathtaking view as the outdoor terrace. Seating is available for up to 90 guests.  



The Grand Ballroom has large windows for natural lighting and neutral colors to compliment any decor. Seating is available for up to 200 guests.




From the moment guests walk in our front door, they will be treated with exceptional service and hospitality. A professional member of our staff greets all guests with a smile. We have several hors d'oeuvre and beverage options available for hand passing at no additional charge as your guests arrive. With personalized service, Fox Den will anticipate and cater to your every need. 

Banquet menus consist of a wide variety of delicious combinations to choose from or our well-trained and experienced culinary team will create and prepare a personalized menu for you and your guests. We offer plated meals for events with up to 300 guests, buffet options for up to 200 guests and heavy hors d'oeuvre options for up to 400 guests. Chef-attended carving and flambé stations are also available to add flare to any sized event. 

Beginning the first day of planning through the end of the celebration, our professional Event Coordinator will assist you in having a stress-free and memorable experience. She will ensure your event runs smoothly and will help coordinate with your Master of Ceremonies.

 




Our Pastry Chef can provide you with both the wedding and grooms cake of your dreams. After you and your new spouse cut and share your first piece of cake, our team will cut, plate and serve the cake to your guests. 




The Clubhouse features a fully-lit portico for your departure located right outside our Ballroom. This provides covered curbside access to your chariot of choice. If you prefer a sparkler send-off, we have space for that too!







In addition to the wedding day, we specialize in hosting a variety of weekend festivities. Beyond
Ceremonies and Receptions, we are also a perfect location for Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Showers, Bridesmaid Luncheons and Farewell Breakfasts. Brides, grooms, and their guests are treated with the same personal service and pre-planning expertise regardless of the size or nature of the event. Our banquet rooms can accommodate private intimate gatherings for a few close friends or a rehearsal dinner for up to 400 guests.
